We have adopted this Privacy Policy to guide how we collect, use and disclose the personal information we require in the course of fulfilling our professional responsibilities and operating our business. This Privacy Policy applies to all Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. Management Services in Canada. References to "Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd ", "we" or "us" in this Policy include all such subsidiaries and affiliates.

CLIENT INFORMATION

Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. takes the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and employees very seriously. We have developed this Privacy Policy to clearly define our ongoing commitment to protecting privacy rights. Certain of the practices discussed in this Policy reflect requirements set out in both federal and provincial privacy legislation. Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. policy is to at all times adhere to the requirements of the law and our professional responsibilities, and to be responsive to our clients and employees, who expect us to respect their privacy and protect their personal information.

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. It includes information such as age, income, opinions, home location and family. It does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee in an organization such as Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. or our corporate clients.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. intends to use personal information for any purpose not previously identified to the individual, we will obtain their prior consent.
However, Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. may use personal information without consent for the purpose of acting in respect of an emergency that threatens the life, health or security of an individual, including steps taken under our pandemic policies, or as otherwise permitted by law including for purposes of an investigation. 2.  To a government institution that has requested the information, identified its lawful authority, and indicates that disclosure is for the purpose of enforcing, carrying out an investigation, or gathering intelligence relating to any federal, provincial or foreign law; or suspects that the information relates.

3.  To national security or the conduct of international affairs; or for the purpose of administering any federal or provincial law.

4. To an investigative body or government institution on our initiative when we believe the information concerns a breach of an agreement, or a contravention of a federal, provincial, or foreign law, or we suspect the information relates to national security or the conduct of international affairs.

Individuals may challenge Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. compliance with this Privacy Policy 
Business Administration Services Business Solutions D&A Ltd. will respond to individual complaints and questions relating to privacy. We will investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints. 

To challenge compliance with this Policy, individuals should forward their concerns in writing to Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. Privacy Officer. The Privacy Officer will ensure that a complete investigation of all complaints has been undertaken and will report their findings to the individual in most instances within 30 days.

POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICATION

This privacy policy, terms and conditions is subject to Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd.’s service terms and conditions that individual client signs when acquiring Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd.’s products and services. However, it is not limited in its application to the company’s clients but extended to the company website users and visitors.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of any and all information and documentation supplied to Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd., for which it disclaims all liability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd.’s  products, all lists of its services and all content included on the company Web site (text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, icons and software components) are the exclusive property of Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. or its suppliers or licensors. They are protected by copyright laws and by international agreements.

LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

The warranty on Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. products and services are limited to the replacement of the defective product and/or services. If a Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. product and/or service either inappropriate, in accurate, misunderstood or misrepresented whatsoever, Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. will immediately replace or correct and advise the client accordingly and reimburse all the cost thereof related to such error, misrepresentation, inaccuracy or misunderstanding as long as it was done in good faith and within a reason, at no cost to the client.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON CONTENT

Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, respecting the legal content of the Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. products and services. You understand that, depending upon client’s particular situation, the Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd. products and services might not meet the client needs or requirements. In case of doubt, the client should consult a legal advisor in his/her jurisdiction.

LIMITED LIABILITY

In all cases, the maximum liability of the authors, personnel, administrators, directors and Frontline Accounting Solutions Ltd, for any claims arising out of, or in connection with the use of, the company’s Products and services, shall be limited to a refund of the product and/or the service purchase price thereof.
